Fishing was good at BV with anglers focusing on bass, crappie, and catfish. Largemouth took green pumpkin Senkos, Texas rigs, and creature baits in front of the reeds and cattails. Chatterbaits and white spinners worked for bites as well. Catfish anglers Carolina rigged fresh shrimp and dip bait for plenty of pan sized whisker-fish, and crappie have been available for anglers using their electronics to locate schools of pan fish over rocky structure and near the dock.
