Fishing forecast (September through November): The reservoir usually gets stocked in September for the last time for the year. Rainbow trout will be abundant and should provide good to excellent fishing, especially as the water cools off. Popular baits, lures and flies should all catch fish. Wipers will be active in shallow water feeding on smaller fish. Lures and flies that mimic small fish should be productive.
