Anglers are continuing to find striped bass and smallmouth regularly. Striped bass seem to be more interested in lures and baits during the late evening hours.
Smith river is closed to all fishing above Spencer Creek after September 15 till December 1 under permanent rule. North Fork Smith also closes to all fishing above Johnson Creek.

Crane Prairie Reservoir: Crane Prairie Reservoir will close to angling for the season on November 1
Detroit Reservoir: Water elevation continues to drop to provide for winter storage capacity
Foster Reservoir: The reservoir elevation is dropping down to its winter low-water level

Galesville Reservoir: The reservoir is about 20 feet lower than summer full pool
Lemolo Lake: Brown trout fishing should be good
Plat I Reservoir: Anglers are catching a few largemouth recently with the cooler weather

Grande Ronde River: Fishing for steelhead and coho salmon has been slow but should improve in the coming weeks
Imnaha River: Steelhead fishing has started to pick up
Wallowa Lake : Kokanee are spawning along the Wallowa River
Wallowa River: Trout and whitefish can be caught on a variety of baits, lures, and flies
Alton Baker Canoe Canal: Will be stocked each week through the week of November 10
Blue River Reservoir: Boat and Parking Updates
Rogue River- Upper (Above Lost Creek): Rain this weekend may bring water levels up significantly
