Anglers are catching a few largemouth recently with the cooler weather, that might slow down. The Water Control District City of Sutherlin will drain the lake soon as they do every year in the fall. Duck hunting is open on Plat I, see ODFW Bird Regulations for more details.

Crane Prairie Reservoir: Crane Prairie Reservoir will close to angling for the season on November 1
Detroit Reservoir: Water elevation continues to drop to provide for winter storage capacity
