Docks are in at Honker Cove and Camp 5. Water level and clarity are good, and the temperature is in the mid to high 50s. Stripping buggers on the west side (Eagle Pt, Jenkins Cove, Camp 5) with a medium sink line is catching fish up to 24+ inches. Green, rust, and black/red are good colors. Fish spawning is over and fish are moving back into deeper water. Bank fishermen need to find spots with deeper water (Honker Cove and the dam area) for best results. Floating crawler, power bait, and power eggs on a 3–4' leader is a good setup. Yellow, orange, rainbow, pink, and garlic are the best colors. Trolling north of Big Island at 15–20 feet is a good spot as is the trolling area around Long Point and Bluff Cove, just not as deep at 7–15 feet. Flashers with crawlers, baby simons, trolling flies, and needlefish are the best. Green, black, orange, frog pattern best colors.
