Slight update to today's update. Echo Reservoir remains partially frozen, with a mix of ice and open water. There is currently no boat access from the ramp.

We are seeing a few people venturing onto the ice near the dam and the south end of the lake. Ice thickness is unknown and varies significantly by location.
