At Stampede Reservoir, surface temps are in the upper 50s°F, and the lake is full. The Kokanee bite at Stampede has also slowed down, and most anglers are shifting their fishing efforts to Trout. Trout are active early near coves and points, and bass are holding at 20–25 feet. By 10 am, most of the fish head to deeper waters, so early in the morning is the best window to fish Stampede.
