Fishing will be excellent

Sprague River - Chiloquin, OR (Klamath County)

The Sprague River flow has dropped quickly. Fishing will be excellent if you can find Redband Trout and Brown Trout feeding on Black Drake spinner fall.

Black Drakes were hatching heavily near Beatty recently but should be hatching throughout the river. A classic Parachute adams size 12 works well during the intense egg laying and spinner fall..

Bait fishing near the town of Sprague River can be ok for yellow perch and brown bullhead.
