Beulah is full. Fishing for holdover trout is good right now, trolling has been producing some very strong trout in the 18 inch range. Warming water temperatures will drive trout to deeper portions of the reservoir.
There are bull trout in the reservoir, if you catch a bull trout you must release it unharmed.
