Jackson Meadows Reservoir is now accessible, and as some anglers say, the bite is wide open. Expect aggressive post-winter trout, especially with the reservoir recently stocked. Shore anglers should try casting from the Pass Creek boat ramp. Note: power boating remains restricted due to invasive species protocols.
