The weather is perfect for spending some time chasing spring chinook. The fishing has been good, so angling pressure has been high. There are a lot of boats fishing in the lower river and near the top of the estuary. Bank anglers are having mixed success.
Spring Chinook anglers cannot retain any steelhead they catch unless they have the Rogue South Coast Steelhead Validation.

Lost Creek Reservoir: Lost Creek offers very good opportunity for spring trout fishing
Medco Pond: Medco wasstocked with rainbow trout this week
