Diamond Lake is still frozen over. When the ice is off the lake fishing should be good. Please read the ice fishing safety tips at the top of the Southwest Zone report.
Diamond Lake has been stocked with tiger and brown trout. These fish were introduced to help control illegally introduced tui chub. These trout are catch-and-release only and need to be released immediately and unharmed if caught. Follow these catch-and-release tips for reducing fish mortality.
