Red Rooster III skipper Andy Cates reported on December 8: "We had 20 Tuna yesterday, nothing bigger then 185 pounds. There were very stormy conditions, with a lot of rain. A handful of fish today though, with the weather clearing up a bit, nothing too big. We are leaving the Hurricane Bank to head towards Clarion to fish the Buffer Zone tomorrow, and part of the next morning, then that will be our trip. Traveling today with fair weather. We will report again soon."
