Skipper Andy Cates of the Red Rooster III found some improvement in his fishing yesterday, February 17. He said it was, "A little better today, with 21 tuna on various stops. Big fish was a 204 in the morning and a 290 in the afternoon. It was nice to see a couple of trophies and hoping for more to come."
