We went and fished for a few hours this morning. After the large amount of rain we recieved last yesterday and last night, the river rose 5 ft while we were on it. We saw one fished hooked and a few roll but we did not get a bite. We spent the majority of our fishing time cleaning leaves and debree off the lines as well as dodging branches, limbs and small trees. We have rain in the forecast for the next couple of days, but the river should become fishable this weekend.
