Friday Returning Trips
- The Polaris Supreme returned from their Three Day trip with 26 Bluefin tuna, 50 Yellowtail and 34 Dorado.
- The Pacifica returned from their 1.5 day with 140 Yellowfin, 2 Dorado and 2 Yellowtail.
San Diego Full Day
- The San Diego finished up their Full day offshore trip with 28 Yellowfin and 16 skipjack. The bait has been improving with sardines starting to show at the receivers and it is still recommended to bring a lighter live bait rod with 15-25lb fluorocarbon with #2's and #4's along with 1/0 and 2/0 hooks for the sardines. The next open party available is the first week of September for the San Diego. Make those reservations to secure your spot.
New Seaforth Half Day
- The New Seaforth AM and PM half-day trips have still been seeing good action on the bass, barracuda, and bonito with opportunities at quality yellowtail mixed in as well. Anglers should come prepared with a 15-25 lb live bait setup and hooks size #2's and #4's with 1/0 and 2/0 with sardines showing up. Surface irons and stick baits have been seeing good response along with a lead head and fluke style plastic. Rod rentals and licenses are available at the landing when checking for your trip. The New Seaforth is a definite run everyday this upcoming week on all AM, PM, and Twilight trips. Come on down for a great time on the water.
