5 hatchery trout per day, no minimum length. Open for hatchery salmon and hatchery steelhead all year with a combined daily bag limit of 3 hatchery salmon or hatchery steelhead. Use of bait is allowed, as is the two rod validation. No angling from a floating device from 200 ft below Oxbow Park boat ramp upstream. Closed within 200 ft of Chinook salmon spawning areas in Oxbow Park where posted by ODFW markers Sep 16 - Nov 15. Closed to sturgeon angling including catch-and-release. Flow and visibility on the Sandy are greatly influenced by weather fronts. It's still a great time to fish salmon.

Anglers should confirm access before they go. All Metro Parks and boat ramps (including Dabney and Lewis and Clark) are now open but may have modified operations. Check conditions at individual parks on Metro's website. State parks and recreation areas appear open.
