The best chances at fish on the top end on the Powerhouse 2 Riffle will be in the morning prior to the sun peeking over the horizon and towards dark. The Salmonfly hatch is moving upstream, the middle section below the 299 bridge will see the most bugs. The actual Salmonfly topwater bite should be happening now, look for fish below the 299 bridge. ;) Fish are coming to Rubberlegs and Perdigons below 299. A lot of Callibaetis and Yellow Sallies are beginning to show on the PH2 Riffle. Your fly box should contain Rubberlegs, the Hunchback or Jigged Green Drake nymph, and since the fish don't care and there are always Blue Wing Olives and Midges hatching, S&M's and Zebra Midges. This is a spring creek, a full box of Adams in #12 - 18 and dark Missing Links in #14 - 16 should have you covered for any noses poking up.
Hot Flies:
• Lance's Jigged X-May
• Rubberlegs
• Sweet Pea Jigged Baetis
• Pheasant Tails
• Mercer's Missing Link
• S&M Nymph
• Walt's Worm
• Peaches n' Green
• BP Weiss Nymph
