The lake remained near 90% of its storage capacity, and water temperatures were in the upper 60s to low 70s. Bass anglers reported fair to good fishing with finesse baits and Senkos taking bass on secondary points. Three and four inch baits like C3 Shimmys in shad colors and green pumpkin seemed to get the most attention from largemouth and smallmouth. Jerkbaits and underspins took bass in the afternoons along wind swept points. Striped bass fell for A-rigs and cut baits, but that bite has remained stubbornly slow. Catfish were reliable on cut baits and chicken liver.
