What better way to celebrate Father’s Day Weekend than with a relaxing, fun-filled fishing trip surrounded by nature, family, and friendly competition? We’re thrilled to see all of you at June Fishing Derby 2025 at Bear River Lake Resort Campgrounds!

Our dedicated staff has been hard at work bringing this annual favorite back, and everything is set for an unforgettable weekend of fishing, food, prizes, and entertainment.

Thursday, June 12: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday, June 13: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Saturday, June 14: 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM (no registrations after 7:00 AM)

Food Vendor: Friday - Sunday 12pm - 8pm

Rolling Smoke

Rolling Smoke BBQ - Enjoy mouthwatering BBQ from Rolling Smoke, a 25+ year BBQ pit master.....Come hungry!

Live Music: Friday & Saturday 5pm - 8pm

Cash Prophets Band - Kick back and enjoy live performances throughout the weekend.

Prizes & Fishing Details:

Over $1,000 in cash prizes will be distributed!

Thanks to generous donations from local businesses, additional gift certificates and goodies will also be awarded.

Expect impressive catches — the lake will be stocked with 7–9 lb average trout just for the derby!
