Crappie fishing was excellent two weeks ago. The Ben Hall and Barnes Valley arms should be ok for crappie. The crappie might near completion of spawning and moved away from the shoreline. Concentrate around flooded willow or structure.
Best place to fish for perch is at the north boat ramp. Use small hooks and bait for the perch as most are small with small mouths.
Fishing bait on the bottom will be good for brown bullhead.
The reservoir is 90 percent full creating good opportunities for crappie. Call the Klamath Falls BLM office for updated information.
Gerber Reservoir is a large turbid reservoir with good bank access. Most of the reservoir is on BLM property. Open all year.
