Fish Lake is 79 percent full. Both the resort ramp and the USFS ramp are open for use.
This is a great time of year to get out and troll on Fish Lake, or cast lures or flies.
Water clarity remained very good at the lake last week. Anglers trolling flies or lures on light line will benefit. Some good sized tiger trout and landlocked salmon have been caught recently, adding nice diversity to the catch of recently stocked rainbow trout. Fish Lake is also freshly stocked with legal sized rainbow trout and 500 one-pounders.
Anglers are encouraged to report catches of tiger trout or send other fishing reports to Rogue Fish District Staff 541-826-8774.
