The Nestucca gets a run of hatchery spring Chinook and those fish are starting to show up down in the estuary near Pacific City, and in the lower river from Farmer Creek Wayside down to Cloverdale. It's early in the season but we are starting to hear of some fish getting caught. There is also a run of hatchery summer steelhead in the Nestucca and the first one of the season arrived at the Cedar Creek hatchery last week! Best fishing will be in the lower river from Cloverdale to Three Rivers during the early season.
