Finally! After weeks of high and inconsistent flows, the Crooked has dropped into a sweet spot. Levels are right where they need to be, and the bite is on. Fish are feeding well on small nymphs — green Perdigons, orange Ray Charles, and black 2-Bit Hookers are all getting action. Expect some dry fly opportunities to follow as fish settle in, but for now, it’s a nymph game and it’s hot. If you've been waiting for the right time to fish The Crooked and want to get out there with one of our guides, don't hesitate! Now is the time to book. Give us a call to set something up.
