North Twin and South Twin Lakes have both been promising over the last few days. Hit them both with the game plan of indicator techniques with Balanced Leeches, Balanced Damsels and Chironomids. Or strip (or troll) Leeches, Damsels, Callibaetis Nymphs.

Deschutes River: The Middle Deschutes is in nice condition as irrigation canals have now opened
Fall River: The Fall River is excellent
Deschutes River- Lower: The Lower Deschutes is fishable
McKenzie River: The Mckenzie is fishable as I saw a friend post he drifted it 2 days ago and had good action
Chickahominy Reservoir: Chickahominy is fishing well
Ochoco Reservoir: Ochocco Reservoir is a good bet
Lake Billy Chinook: Lake Billy Chinook is a good bull trout destination now
Hat Creek - Middle: We'll have some giant Caddis and Stonefly hatches soon
