The lake continues to fish well and should be a good place to get a good chance at a large dinosaur trout. Windy conditions can have the fish stack up, keep your head on a swivel for the best locations to target the school. Indicator nymphing with Balanced Leeches and Chironomids are producing the most consistent right now, but stripping Popcorn Beetles, Midnight Cowboys, or Pyramid Minnows will produce if you are willing to put in the time to strip. April should be a good month, we'll see the lake warm up in May.
Hot Flies:
• Pyramid Beach Leech - #8
• Zack's Cut Bait Midge
• Rich's Moo-Midge - #8
• Mahalo Nymphs
• Popcorn Beetle
• Midnight Cowboy
• Zack's Pyramid Minnow
