The east Walker has been good at the earely spring flows. Flows have been maintained at about 100 cfs but will jump when the call for water comes downstream. Spin fisherman using small bright spinners and small spoons are finding a few fish in water with a little depth. Fly fisherman with small streamers in the deeper runs have been just as effective as the spinners. Tight line nymphing has been fair with small mayfly imitations.
