Ice update: Lots of standing water on top of the ice, edges have standing water and are soft for this first 2-4 feet. Thickness in Dixie Hollow is 4-5 inches, other parts of the lake should be considered unstable ice. With rain in the forecast conditions will only worsen.

Maybe the ground hog will give us 6 more weeks of winter since Mother Nature has not cooperated.
