We arrived at the spot around 10:30 hours and it didn’t take long for the yellowtail to find us!!. It seemed like that every bait of jig that hit the water was attacked by a gang of yellowtail!!!. We had our daily limits by noon. The yellowtail were 15-18 lbs with a few bigger ones. After getting all we needed on the yellowtail we headed offshore to look for kelps, Hopefully we will find Dorado and Yellowfin tuna under them waiting to bite our hooks. Wish us luck!! Oh I almost forgot we did also catch a few Dorado and a lone 30 lb White Sea bass while fishing for the yellowtail.
