The Little Truckee river is flowing around 80 CFS between Boca and Stampede. Above hwy 89, the flows are even lower due to no snow melt yet. Hatches include various small midges, blue-winged olives, and small winter stones. The only dry fly activity is in the morning and evenings with various midges. Fly favorites include zebra midges, two-bit hookers, micro mayflies, and small winter stoneflies.
