Good afternoon everybody, Capt Jason here. I have to say this was a spectacular day to catch very large Rockfish and lots of lingcod. 20 Anglers, 1 Sheephead, 26 Rockfish, 65 Copper Rockfish, 85 Red Rockfish, 60 Lingcod. Lately we have had to fish very far away on our 3/4 day trips, so time is of the essence. But this charter group made great time and caught lots and lots of beautiful reds, chuckleheads other Rockfish along with lingcod. We look forward to having this group again next year. We have open party 3/4 day trips Monday through Wednesday as long as the weather holds up will be fishing out here at the Islands quite a bit. All trips are a go. Excellent fishing far end of SRI
Good afternoon everybody just heading back across the channel after a great day of fishing. We started off fishing lingcod in the shallows with a smattering of Rockfish. The lingcod were ferocious. After that we fished around for rockfish then retreated to deeper water where we found a good spot and proceeded to download till we ran out of time.
