Ducks Unlimited Receives $13.7 Million

Recently Ducks Unlimited was awarded more than $13.7 million by the California State Coastal Conservancy to undertake 2 projects in the South Bay Salt Pond of San Francisco Bay, the largest tidal wetland restoration project on the West Coast. When completed, the project will restore 15,000 acres of industrial salt ponds to tidal wetlands. Included is public access for bird watching and hunting.
