Due to weather at the Islands, we chose to head up the coast and caught lots of very nice rockfish, beautiful grade of reds and chuckleheads. 18 Anglers, 103 Red Rockfish & 77 Mixed Rockfish. 

We are still waiting for the weather to come down at the islands,  it has been very very rough out there and fishing on the coast was just great. Hardly a breath of wind and a 3 to 4 foot swell, the fishing was off the hook!  

A great time to get out with a lighter load and catch a big bag of fish!  The Coral Sea is a go Tuesday & Wednesday 3/4 day fishing with lots of spots available as of now.  Book online www.stardustsportfishing.com or call the landing at 805-963-3564

Scratchy Fishing, Ling Limits

Capt. Jason here with the 3/4 day report for the Coral Sea. We had a very scratchy day, did manage to limit out on lingcod and got a few rockfish spending most of our efforts today fishing for lingcod.  Most were caught on sardines, a few on plastic. 25 Anglers, 75 Lingcod, 1 whitefish, 53 Rockfish.
